Message from the President of the Asian Academy of Heart Valve Disease:

An invitation to the Pan-Asian AAHVD Heart Valve Meeting in Singapore from 22-23 August 2026. Organised by the Asian Academy of Heart Valve Disease (AAHVD), this two-day meeting will focus on practical, real-world clinical decision-making in heart valve disease management, and its treatment with surgical and trans-catheter interventional techniques.

The first day of the meeting will feature lectures and discussions by experts in heart valve disease assessment, surgery and structural heart interventions, and in atrial fibrillation ablation. The second day of the meeting will comprise smaller group interactive workshops and practical skills training in:

1. Lifetime management of heart valve disease (aortic valve, mitral valve & tricuspid valve)

2. Trans-catheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI)

3. Atrial fibrillation ablation.
